SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Orders usually ship within 5-7 business days unless an item is on backorder. We ship UPS GROUND, UPS 3 DAY SELECT, USPS PARCEL POST, and USPS PRIORITY MAIL. * DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
You must report any damaged merchandise to us within 5 business days and keep all packaging and damaged merchandise. The carrier will pick up the damaged merchandise after we have filed a claim with them.
*DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
If a product appears to have a manufacturer's defect, please contact us for instructions. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from us.
*RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICY:
Permission for any return must be authorized by us. The return of non-defective merchandise, when authorized, may incur a 20% re-stocking fee. No returns will be authorized after 14 days from the receipt of shipment.
*ONCE A RETURN HAS BEEN AUTHORIZED: Return the item to us and include your contact info and order number. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment. Returns valued at $50.00 of more should be insured. We cannot be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach us. You will receive a refund within 14 business days of our receiving your return.
* We will refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part.
